commercial entities that support Paintucation’s educational activities or products.
Instructor and Contributor Disclosure
All instructors and contributors involved in developing or delivering Paintucation’s educational materials
are required to disclose any significant financial interests, partnerships, or affiliations with:
- Commercial entities providing general support to Paintucation.
- Manufacturers of products featured in Paintucation’s curriculum.
Disclosures include, but are not limited to:
- Ownership stakes, equity, or significant investments in relevant commercial entities.
- Paid consulting or advisory roles.
- Royalties or other financial compensation related to featured products.
Disclosures must be submitted annually or updated immediately if a new relationship arises.
Paintucation retains records of these disclosures for transparency and compliance purposes.
Training Provider Disclosure
- Paintucation develops its curriculum independently, without financial sponsorship, royalties, or product donations from commercial entities.
- All curriculum content, including quizzes and instructional materials, is created with a focus on educational value and industry relevance, free from commercial bias.
Verification of Compliance
- All disclosures are reviewed and documented annually.
- Paintucation conducts regular audits to verify the independence and objectivity of itscurriculum.
- Any disclosed financial interests are communicated to partnering institutions to maintain fulltransparency
